Not in the drama mama sense, but in a serious, it's bad for your mental health way. More than a year or so back, when I was at another department, I felt this paralyzing despair at the work that kept piling no matter how hard I slogged. And it was all so meaningless. Even the little joys from other parts of my life was swallowed by this great blanket of depression. I swore even the skies looked grey-er during that time. Hang in there darling. Be happy, even if it's within the small crevices that you manage to carve out. Just 9 months more to go! Actually is it possible for you to take up another job and get your naturalization is done?
