My win today: a pretty good shoulder stand on a parallette, even though it’s the first time I’ve ever worked with one, and was pretty scared at first.
I guess all my handstand and headstand classes helped with my form, and confidence. I worked on shoulder stand on the parallette, and elbow planche. My shoulder stand was a lot better than me elbow planche though… I just didn’t get the hang of it, and was very unstable.
We also worked on some back lever progressions on the bar. It’s funny how I didn’t even know what front and back levers were a few weeks ago, and now I train front and / or back lever several times a week.
