A small group of us (Beefcake, Italian Stallion, HV and I) went to a gym for our own Hyrox training programming, which lasted ~2 hours.

It was fun programme, and a great session / a really satisfying workout! It was really nice to push hard and feel the burn after barely working out for several weeks.
I particularly like the sled push challenge, as I was curious about my limit. I maxed out at 263kg (I might have been able to do 283kg, but I might strain my ankle ligaments and it would have taken too long – as I was already running late for a lunch). HV maxed out at 323kg. Both of us pushed > 5x our body weight. And to think I had never really strength trained until last summer! Italian Stallion tapped out at 353kg, so Beefcake won the men’s category with 363kg, although they could both probably push more.

Looking forward to the next session, and it seems more of our gym group had FOMO and seem interested to join the next one.
