I had a quiet Christmas with Byron this year.

Went for a long easy run in the morning – 19.1KM, a personal record in terms of distance – up to Hamsptead Heath and all the way to Highgate Wood, and all the way back down.

Passed by Billy Fury Way both directions, and wished “Merry Christmas” to a group of homeless druggies I encountered hanging out along the way.
