With my office closure and hence permanent state of work-from-home and needing to sit in a chair at home, and my GTPS which means I shouldn’t sit for too long, and I decided to invest in a relatively inexpensive adjustable ergonomic chair.
I had to build it, which seemed challenging at first, but I eventually I managed. Look at me, becoming Babs (Bob) the Builder!

With my GTPS limiting my ability to do real exercise, I signed up for 3 back to back “fake exercise” classes instead – “Rowing WOD” (which is a bit like real exercise, and I need to improve my rowing technique anyway), “Danceworks” (where we learned part of a small choreographed routine), and “Rehab” (which is a stretching class). The “Rowing WOD” coach remembered me – possibly from the last “Rowing WOD” class I went to a few months ago, and at that time, he said he recalled seeing me before – his “Strongman” class was possibly the first class I ever tried at this gym, back when I was exploring gyms on class pass.
