Went to the gym today for ‘Hybrid’ class, when I felt like I was dying during large parts of the workout. Particularly during the 40 burpees section. My heart rate was consistently in the 90-100% of max heart rate zone, which resulted in a sea of red in my MyZone readings. My partner said she had never seen anyone sustain such a level of ‘Red’ before, and she thinks MyZone will adjust my max heart rate.

And it did after the workout! My max heart rate was adjusted from the age-estimated 185, to 190, although my peak heart rate during the workout was 195.
